We’re committed to providing you with a first-class service to deliver the best music licensing experience possible. However, we know that from time to time, despite our best efforts, things can sometimes go wrong.
 
We appreciate that there may be situations where we haven’t met your expectations or where you feel that we haven’t complied with our Code of Conduct.
