The rising star of racing – How Brayden Elliott stays motivated

As a professional motorcycle racer, Brayden Elliott sweeps through the rest of the season, we take a look at his successes. From just 4 years old racing for fun, to now competing in the Bennetts British Superbike Championship – one of the UK’s major road racing events for domestic superbikes, how does Brayden stay motivated?

When Brayden sat down with one of his sponsors, TheMusicLicence, he spoke to them all about how his pre-race playlist is key to keeping him in the zone. For him, music is essential to keep him motivated through his consistently demanding training schedule. Exercising twice daily, five days a week to keep fit for the races, for anyone else it would be tempting to let it slip. But Brayden is determined to strive for success, and the results speak for themselves. Brayden has even recently beat his own personal best in the race at Brands Hatch, Kent, bouncing back after a crash in a qualifying race.

Brayden’s next race is at Thruxton, Hampshire. The 2.4-mile circuit that was once a World War II airfield that housed both the RAF and USAF is now one of the fastest circuits included in the British Superbike Championship. We, amongst other motorcycling fans can’t wait to see how he does in the races to come.

Make sure to look out for our Q&A with Brayden to learn more about what keeps him motivated, and how music can be such an important part in spurring him on, along with a playlist comprised of some songs guaranteed to keep him locked in.
