Support and Recognition
We love what we do, and it means a lot when others notice too. From award wins to official accreditations and valued customers, it is important to celebrate the commitment, passion, and care our band members put in every day. Here’s a look at some of the successes we are honoured to have achieved over the last few years…
Charities
Music connects us, and so does our dedication to the community. We proudly support local charities that use the arts and community spirit to enrich lives. Our partnerships with organisations like Pedestrian, Soft Touch Arts, and the Leicester Hospitals Charity drive positive change and reflect our core values.
- Stomp Round Leicester – Stomp Round Leicester was a campaign ran by Leicestershire & Rutland hospice and charity, LOROS. To celebrate 40 years of LOROS, over 100 elephants stomped their way into Leicester city centre. We were honoured to sponsor one of the elephants, Daft Elephant painted by Daft-apeth aka Sergio Pizzorno.
- Soft Touch Arts – Soft Touch is a Leicester based charity, helping young people to overcome challenges in their lives since 1986. In 2023 we supported their interactive and multi-sensory exhibition, Punk: Rage & Revolution which was a celebration of such an influential part of UK history.
- Pedestrian – We have proudly been working with Pedestrian for a number of years. We are consistently inspired by their work with children and young people in Leicester, using arts, creativity and music to enrich their lives through a variety of workshops and programmes. In 2023, Pedestrian won the Charity and Business Partnership Award, for their partnership with us, at the Voluntary Action Leicester (VAL) Awards.
- LAMP
- Leicester Hospitals Charity – In 2024, our Managing Director, Grey Aiello, took part in the Boss Break-Out fundraiser hosted by Leicester Hospitals Charity. Greg, along with Leicester based bosses put their business connections to the test and were only released when the collective fundraising goal was met. By the end of the event, almost £24,000 was raised support the purchase of ‘SmileyScopes’ into Leicester Children’s Hospital.

Reviews
We take feedback very seriously, and we always appreciate hearing what our customers have to say, whether that’s shouting out a great experience they had, or expressing ways we could grow as a team.
Proud to work with
Sofology
“We’re really committed to the experience we give our customers in stores, making it feel like you’re at home on a sofa you love, and the music is a really big part of how we create that ‘at home’ feeling.”
Rochine Metcalfe
Senior Store Experience Manager
The Workplace Depot
“I feel like it would definitely be a whole different atmosphere at work if there wasn’t any music because obviously it’s just a lot quieter, it just doesn’t feel right.”
Mikey Dahdah
Warehouse Operative
New World Trading Co.
“Music keeps people here longer… it would have a detrimental effect if there was no live music to be played over the weekends especially, I think that’s where we’re the at our busiest.”
