PPL PRS Manging Director ‘Breaks Out’ for Leicester Hospitals Charity

Greg Aiello, Managing Director at PPL PRS, along with other Leicester-based bosses have volunteered to take part in the Boss Break-Out fundraiser hosted by Leicester Hospitals Charity (LHC). As part of Leicester Business Festival, senior managers, CEO’s and managing directors alike will be ‘locked’ in the LHC pop-up shop in the city’s Haymarket Shopping Centre from 12pm on the 7^th November 2024. They will put their business connections to the test as they will only be released when the collective fundraising goal has been met.

Greg has recently stepped into the role of Managing Director at PPL PRS, but was already an integral part of the business for a number of years previous, implementing incentives and events to help keep the teams inspired and engaged.

In 2023, Leicester Hospitals Charity challenged business leaders to break-out for the first time, and they managed to raise a massive £14,700 towards fold-away beds, allowing parents to stay more comfortably while their children receive medical care in the Children’s Hospital. This year, the charity is hoping to raise money to go towards things like toys for the children’s waiting areas, and advanced medical equipment to enhance treatment.

Greg Aiello said: “I am excited to be taking part in this year’s Boss Break Out to raise much needed funds for Leicester Hospitals Charity.  This is a really unique, and fun way for senior managers and directors such as myself to help, not only by raising money but also by raising awareness of the fantastic work that the charity does to help families who find themselves faced with illness or injury. I can’t wait to face the challenges that the teams at Leicester Hospitals Charity, along with The Haymarket Shopping Centre and Leicester Business Festival have come up with for all of the bosses involved, and fingers crossed we can raise a record-breaking amount this year.”
