PPL PRS enjoy award success at National Contact Centre Awards

PPL PRS Ltd has been recognised by the UK National Contact Centre Awards as our Operational Excellence Director, Simon White, took home the Change Maker of the Year Award and the Commercial Leadership Team received the Silver Award for Leadership Team of the Year.

The business was announced as finalists in six categories in the longest running and most highly respected awards programme dedicated to the UK contact centre industry, celebrating its 29th year in 2024. The awards recognise and celebrate the teams and individuals driving innovation and excellence in customer experience.
