PPL PRS enjoy award success at National Contact Centre Awards

PPL PRS Ltd has been recognised by the UK National Contact Centre Awards as our Operational Excellence Director, Simon White, took home the Change Maker of the Year Award and the Commercial Leadership Team received the Silver Award for Leadership Team of the Year.

The business was announced as finalists in six categories in the longest running and most highly respected awards programme dedicated to the UK contact centre industry, celebrating its 29^th year in 2024. The awards recognise and celebrate the teams and individuals driving innovation and excellence in customer experience.

Commercial Director for PPL PRS, Greg Aiello, commented: “We are extremely proud of all of our teams, and people, here at PPL PRS, and to be recognised in not only one, but six categories for these prestigious awards was a fantastic achievement. Receiving the Silver Award for Leadership Team of the Year for my team was amazing recognition for all the hard work that they all put in every single day. Working with such a dedicated and passionate team is reflected by the fantastic year the business had in 2023, and they really went above and beyond to not only ensure royalty collection was maximised on behalf of the people that create the music we all love, but to also ensure we provided a great customer experience and improved our ways of working along the way.
