The business was selected as a finalist by the judges of the largest contact centre awards, which have been running for 29 years, which recognise and celebrate the teams and individuals driving innovation and excellence in customer experience.
Commercial Director for PPL PRS, Greg Aiello, commented: “We are extremely proud of all of our teams, and people, here at PPL PRS, and to be recognised in not only one, but six categories for these prestigious awards is so exciting. 2023 was a fantastic year for the business, and every single person recognised as a finalist in these awards really went above and beyond to ensure that we not only hit our targets, meaning more money collected on behalf of music creators, but we provided a great customer experience and improved our ways of working along the way. We wish all our nominated teams and people the best of the luck for the judging and a massive well done to all the finalists in the awards.”
