PPL PRS named as finalists in SIX categories at National Contact Centre Awards

PPL PRS Ltd has been recognised by the UK National Contact Centre Awards as finalists in six of the categories in their 2024 awards.

The six categories the business is represented in are:

  • Change & Innovation Team (Small Business) – Operational Excellence Team
  • Leadership Team of the Year (Small Business) –Commercial Leadership Team
  • Complaints Team of the Year – Complaints & Escalations Team
  • Change Maker – Simon White (Individual Award)
  • Rising Star Team Manager of the Year – Marcel Thomas (Individual Award)
  • Sales Team Manager of the Year – Emma Hann (Individual Award)

The business was selected as a finalist by the judges of the largest contact centre awards, which have been running for 29 years, which recognise and celebrate the teams and individuals driving innovation and excellence in customer experience.
